QR Code
What is a QR code?
A QR Code, or Quick Response Code, is simply a type of barcode that contains information like website addresses. Most mobile phones with cameras have the ability to scan and use QR codes.
How can I scan a QR Code?
Your mobile phone may come with a barcode scanner already. Otherwise you can download and install a QR Code scanner app from places like the Apple AppStore, Android Market or Nokia OviStore. Search for "barcode" and select the app that's right for you.
When you have your QR Code scanner app, open the app and point your camera at the QR Code. The scan may take a few seconds to process. If the scan doesn't register straight away, don't worry as you can try again. You may need to hold your phone steadier, closer to the QR Code or even further away. Make sure your scanner can see the entire QR Code when scanning.
Your QR Code scanner app will then let you open the website in your phone. You will need a connection to the internet to do this.
Is scanning a QR Code safe?
Scanning a QR Code is the same as typing a web address into your browser, except it does it automatically through your camera phone. Unibet will always use QR Codes that point to Unibet websites.
