Go to your ‘Poker Club’ page in the poker software to follow your progress in promotions, bonuses and loyalty schemes.

Go to ‘Balances’ for your cash and loyalty point balances and your tournament calendar.

Stuck Funds on a Table

If a game closes unexpectedly then the funds can get 'stuck' at the table. If this happens to you then reconnect and try to find the table. Opening it and then closing down again should release the funds back to your account. If not, just contact us with the date, time and table name and we'll make sure the money is released.

Expired Alias

If you already have an account with us but you haven’t used it for 180 days (6 months) or more, your alias will expire. Simply log into the software again and reactivate your old alias (if still available) or create a new one.

I want to play poker anonymously. Can I have more than one poker account or change my alias?

No – for security reasons each player is only allowed one account. If you want to play anonymously, use our anonymous cash tables where the other players will never see your alias or avatar.

Can I play at the same poker table as my friend?

Yes, we’re happy for friends to play at the same table. You’re expected to play just as competitively against your friend as you would against any other player and you mustn’t share any information about your cards or make any playing agreements in secret. Doing so is collusion, which is strictly prohibited.

Occasionally the game software will impose a restriction on players from the same household who play regularly at the same cash game table or tournament. This is to ensure fair play and minimize any possible risk of collusion.

My poker chat is blocked, what are the rules and can you open it again?

Your chat might have been closed because you broke one of these rules:

  • No foreign languages
  • Don’t advertise any industry-related companies or websites
  • No offensive or abusive language 
  • Don’t abuse the chat facility by repeatedly typing nonsensical text
  • No coffee housing / card calling. Don’t try to influence the game by making claims about your hand strength or by encouraging players to act in a certain way.

Our poker supplier Microgaming reserves the right to refuse to re-enable a player's chat without further explanation.

Why have I been locked out from poker?

There are a few possible reasons.

  • You could have incorrectly entered your username or password more than three times. When this happens the account is temporarily locked for security reasons. This can be fixed quickly if you contact us via phone or live chat. Remember that you use the same login for poker as for the Unibet Open website.
  • Occasionally accounts may be locked for random security checks. You’ll need to confirm the personal details listed on your account and provide some documents for your account to be re-opened. Please contact us for more information.
  • We lock accounts where there has been evidence of fraudulent activity.
