Course winner FOX APPEAL is a big mover down at Taunton today. The only course winner in the field, and with a useful 5lb claim, punters are hoping the 12yo veteran can maintain some decent form this season this afternoon.

2.45pm 11/10 from 11/8

The case for DIAMOND GAIT seems fairly straightforward. He won on hurdle debut and has a number of decent performances at Listed level, including a bumper second. He makes his handicap debut today off of 127 and he could be very well treated on his best form. The punters banker of the day, he's also been selected by our man The Wine Tipster. BEAUTY SALON, who has a plum draw here, has been in very good form of late. Richard Kingscote goes to Kempton for one ride and this hasn't gone unmissed by punters. Looks to have a really solid chance and was the 11/2 available this morning the proverbial 'each-way to nothing'? Especially as we're paying an EXTRA PLACE on this race. 

We are also paying an EXTRA PLACE on the 1.35pm at Doncaster and the 3.05pm at Lingfield Park.

MIDNIGHT SHADOW has been nibbled for the Stayers' Hurdle following success at Cheltenham on New Year's Day. He has stamina to prove but in an open looking year this unexposed 6yo, now rated 158, is hard to rule out.
