Course and distance winner THE GROOVE looks to have a little bit to find at the weights with his chief market rival but he goes well at this track and has been backed to land a 3rd course success. The yard know the time of day and it's interesting that there has been support for this today despite having a little bit to find on official ratings. Chance.

LI KUI is entitled to improve for his seasonal reappearance and the 3yo showed he is capable of running well off of this mark last season. The trip should suit today and the tongue tie returns today. He beat home more than beat him at Newmarket latest and he's been well supported today.

 

BRIGHTON

 

Showdance Kid

With a dead eight runners declared we've seen good each-way support for SHOWDANCE KID. He returns to a trip he's won at after having run over a mile latest and Joshua Bryan takes a handy 3lbs off. Cheekpieces, which he's won in previously, return today so there's plenty of reasons why he could put in an improved showing in a race where whichever horse wins, a long losing streak will be ended!

Shimba Hills

SHIMBA HILLS has been out of sorts for a while as he makes just his second start over fences this evening but it's interesting that we've seen good support for him. A return to peak hurdles form would see him very tough to beat (he won off of 104 and is just 90 today) and this is his second run since wind surgery. He's the only ride on the card for Aidan Coleman, too.
