She wears the hood just to keep her relaxed as she used to race a little freely, but she’s a very tough filly who ran an excellent race in the G3 Sceptre Stakes at Doncaster last time. I think the step up to a mile will really help as she’s settling down with every run and she would have to have solid each-way claims.

She didn’t disgrace herself in the Park Hill last time but ultimately I think she’s better off at 1m4f and her form over this trip is rock solid. The ground should be perfect as she’s quite versatile and I believe she has a great chance in this.

I’m not convinced she saw out the trip in the May Hill last time as she was quite keen so the drop back to seven furlongs will be in her favour. I’m not saying she won’t get further in time but at this stage of her career I’m happy to stick to this distance and move up gradually, so depending on how she performs here we still have the option of the G1 Fillies’ Mile next month. I’ve not lost faith in her and I certainly wouldn’t write her off just yet.

She’s a real tough mare who is extremely capable on her day and has plenty of experience. This looks a decent little race but any cut in they ground will aid her cause and to be honest I think she’s a massive price at 25/1 with Unibet!
