1:15 Timebar (Sean Levey) He’s a lovely home bred of Robin Blunt’s, by Time Test, and is a half brother to Robjon and Ajrar who both carried these silks. I expect him to improve a little bit for the run but this colt has been showing plenty at home and is ready to go.

1:50 G3 Princess Margaret Stakes La Guarida (David Egan) I was delighted with her run in the Super Sprint and she appears to have come out of it in good shape. She’s done very little at home all week and the return to six furlongs will be in her favour. It’s a tough race but she has plenty of experience and is a big, strong filly.

3:00 International Stakes Tacarib Bay (Sean Levey) He’ll love the ground and we’ve had him gelded since his last run. A stiff seven furlongs is what he wants and he comes here a fresh horse. I fancy him to go well.

4:15 Pat Eddery Listed Stakes Rosallion (Sean Levey) He was very impressive on debut at Newbury, where he won well, and he’d have learnt plenty in the process. This is a big step up but we think an awful lot of him and it’s hard not to get carried away because he could end up being our Guineas horse. He worked very well on Tuesday morning, so is fit and well, and it’s a case of letting him do the talking and seeing what we’ve got.

5:25 The Big Board (Oisin Murphy) She’s in tremendous form and I was delighted with her win over course and distance two weeks ago, for which she got put up another 4lbs. The ground shouldn’t be an issue and she’s a tough filly so should go well again.

YORK

4:00 Packard (Jason Watson) This is obviously a major step down from the Coventry and he makes his Handicap debut off 84. He’s a colt with plenty of ability and the blinkers will help him concentrate.

NEWMARKET

4:45 Oh Herberts Reign (Sam Hitchcott) He hasn’t won for a while but has come down to a dangerously low mark (69) and his form has been relatively consistent all season, so I wouldn’t rule him out entirely.

WINDSOR

8:00 Outrace (Tyrese Cameron) He clearly appreciated the drop back to a mile when winning at Bath last time and a reproduction of that would give him a chance, but he wouldn’t want the ground any softer.

SALISBURY

6:45 Dash Power (Pat Dobbs) He’s been well beaten in both starts and needs to step up considerably on what he’s shown so far and I think he’ll be a more realistic betting proposition once he’s got a mark.

8:45 Graham (Pat Dobbs) He’s extremely consistent, and a very likeable gelding, because he always tries his best and you could set your watch by him. I was pleased with his latest run at Doncaster and he’s a winner over course and distance. He should go well but does have to defy a career high mark.
