Live football stream – Copa del Rey betting

Atl Madrid v Girona – Wednesday, January 18 at 18:30 GMT

This is a tricky fixture for Atl Madrid considering they drew the first leg last week 1-1. Girona proved a credible opposition for Simeone and co, who were heavy favourites to take the win. Girona are enjoying a strong season in La Liga but in reality this is Atl Madrid’s match to win.

They are 1.35 to beat Girona on Tuesday night and that is a good price considering they really are heavy favourites. Atl Madrid head into this game having beaten Levante 1-0 at the weekend. They are grinding out results right now but have crucially not lost since October.

A narrow win, therefore, is worth backing. Atl Madrid are 8.50 to win 2-1, with both teams to score at 2.18.

Leganes v Madrid – Wednesday, January 18 at 20:30 GMT

Straight after Atl Madrid v Girona, Los Blancos kick off at Leganes. And this should be a routine game for Solari and co. Madrid lead this two-legged tie 3-0 at the halfway stage and look all set to progress to the quarter-finals of the Copa del Rey.

Leganes barely threatened at home last week, manning just three shots on target all game. Expect the Madrid manager to field a weakened team on Wednesday night — but it won’t be weak enough to give Leganes a chance.

Indeed, with Leganes themselves more worried about avoiding relegation this season, exhausting themselves at home isn’t really their ideal situation either. Expect few goals in this game but a routine win for Madrid nonetheless.

Madrid are 3.90 to win to nil and that is an excellent price.

Barca v Levante – Thursday, January 19 at 20:30 GMT

The last Copa del Rey match of the week comes from the Nou Camp — and Barca are expected to win this match comfortably. They are 1.10 to win in the football betting odds on Unibet. But there are plenty of other bets out there worth backing at a far better price.

Barca lost 2-1 at Levante in the first leg of this clash to make it slightly more interesting than it would otherwise be. But you just have to look at precedent to see where the result will go on Thursday.

Barca have convincingly won 13 of their last 16 games with Levante. In December they smashed the Spanish minnows 5-0 away from home. That was a full-blown Barca side working at its peak — and that’s what Levante may come up against on Thursday.

Don’t expect all the big guns to start. Messi and Suarez may be rested. But with Dembele, Coutinho and Malcom all tipped to play, this is still an embarrassing rich Barca side.

They are priced at 9.00 to win this game 4-0.
