Click ‘My Bets’ under ‘Gaming Activity’ in My Account, and you’ll be taken to your Betting History. Here you can view the results of all your past bets. Those still awaiting a result will be marked ‘Open’. Any bets won should be settled within a few minutes – occasionally it may take a little longer as we wait for official confirmation of the result.

We don't give out bonuses or free spins on a daily basis. Bonuses are often awarded depending on how much you've been playing or betting. They will always appear on the Bonus page in your account, so be sure to check here regularly if you're expecting a new bonus.

We aim to settle bets as quickly as possible (within a few minutes), although sometimes we have to wait for official confirmation of the result. Pre-match bets are settled at the end of the game, whereas live action bets are settled as soon as the outcome is known.  In rare occasions there may be a slight delay - please contact us if you've been waiting more than 2 hours for a payout.

Remember that bank transfers can take up to three working days, and withdrawals to credit/debit cards up to five working days. If your withdrawal still hasn't arrived after this time (don't count public holidays or weekends), please contact us via email. You'll need a screenshot or photo of your bank statement, from the withdrawal date until now.
