Deposit Money

You can make deposits quickly and securely by credit card, from your bank account, via prepaid cards such as Paysafecard and Ukash or through online money transfer services such as Skrill and NETELLER.

Bear in mind that for your first deposit Skrill and NETELLER will not be available.  Instead you’ll need to use one of the other deposit methods available to you (of which there’s plenty).

Simply go to ‘My account’ and select ‘Deposit’ to see all the different methods. You’ll also find the fees and transaction times for each deposit method here, so have a look, take your pick and come to us if you’ve got any queries.

Making a deposit from your bank account

If you’d like to make a deposit directly from your bank account you’ll first need to know our bank details.

To find them, simply select ‘Deposit’ from within ‘My account’ and look at the ‘Bank transfer’ tab.

Follow the instructions carefully and remember to include your unique reference number (highlighted in red) as this tells us which account to put your money in.
If you’ve forgotten to include the reference number in a bank transfer, don’t worry. Just contact us and we’ll help you get your transfer back on track.

Be aware that in some countries it’s possible to make a real-time transfer via internet banking. If this is available in your country it’ll be clearly marked on the ‘Deposit’ page.

My deposit didn't get through

On the ‘Deposit’ page you can see how long each type of deposit will take to arrive in your Unibet account. Most methods are instant or take just 2-3 minutes, but a bank transfer will take 2-3 days due to delays in the banking systems.

Still no cash in your account 3 days after your deposit?  Then contact us and we’ll have a look into what might have gone wrong.’
