If you open your ‘My Account’ page while logged in and select ‘Make a Withdrawal’, you’ll see an overview of all the ways you can withdraw money. You'll also see the minimum and maximum limits for each type of withdrawal.
You can always withdraw your funds to the bank account or Visa card used to deposit, or an e-wallet account such as Skrill. If your bank allows withdrawal via MasterCard, this option will also appear in the card number drop-down.
We charge no withdrawal fees, meaning everything you take out of your account is yours to keep. You may want to check whether your bank or third party provider charges a fee, as we can’t control any external costs.
How long will my withdrawal take?
This information can be found on the ‘Make a Withdrawal’ page in your account. Typically, you’ll receive a NETELLER or Skrill withdrawal within 12 hours, whereas a bank transfer can take 1-3 working days and a credit/debit card withdrawal 3-5 working days.
In rare cases (typically large withdrawals), we may need to ask for further information or documents before processing your request. We take the safety of your money very seriously, and these extra measures are required by law, to prevent any fraudulent activity. Our checks shouldn’t take long, and we’ll notify you as soon as the transaction is processed.
Why hasn't my withdrawal arrived yet?
If after the given period of time your money still hasn’t arrived, contact us and we’ll investigate. Remember not to count weekends and public holidays as working days.
